Lead Times
Orders are dispatched based on the delivery lead time advertised per the individual product page.
Our 1-man ground/floor hallway service is free of charge and has a delivery lead time of 1-10 working days. During checkout you will also have the option to upgrade your delivery method. If you require our 2-man timed, room of choice delivery service this would have a surcharge of £25.00 with the same delivery lead time offered, generally within 1-10 working days.
Should our manufacturers be out of stock at the time of order, we will be in touch immediately to advise of any such delays with our intention to keep you fully informed of the delivery progress.
Should you wish to be re-assured of delivery times, please e-mail us at Support with your postcode and the name of the product you are interested in purchasing and we will respond back to you within 1 working day. Alternatively, please call us between our office opening hours of Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm and a member of the team will be happy to help.
The delivery lead times quoted on the website are for delivery to postcodes to UK Mainland only, which parts of the UK Mainland we class as "Remote Postcode Areas”. Any orders raised that are within a remote area will incur a £30 surcharge for our 1 man service and £55 for the upgraded 2 man timed, room of choice service, and therefore delivery lead times may be slightly extended.

Regretfully, we are unable to deliver to the following postcodes:
KW15-17, PH45- 50, PA40-78, IV63, KA27-28, TR21-25, ZE, JE, GY, HS, IM & BT.
